Our Perspective

After spending decades building and leading global sales and marketing organizations, I saw a recurring pattern across B2B SaaS companies at every stage of growth.

Revenue challenges were rarely caused by a lack of effort or talent. More often, they stemmed from misaligned go-to-market strategy, fragmented execution across sales, marketing, and operations, and decisions made without clear, timely insight.

At the same time, I saw growing pressure on CROs to deliver predictable growth while navigating increasing complexity — new GTM motions, global scale, and rapid advances in AI. Too often, AI was introduced as tools or experimentation, without a clear connection to revenue outcomes.

I started Revance AI to address this gap.
